1. Who we are
Vibros Ltd (registration HE 489995), Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus (“Vibros”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Form submissions. When you use “I’m interested”, the beta-tester form or the Custom Vibeware idea form, we collect your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your business name, your message and your investor experience level. We also record which product you were interested in, which page you were on, and the time you spent on the form. The last item is used only to filter automated spam.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and reliability. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
- Language preference. If you switch the site to Greek, that preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is never sent to us.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie in the private administration area used by Vibros staff.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and, where you asked for it, to take steps towards working together (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To run the Vibros Finance beta programme you signed up for, including sending you early-access details and asking for feedback (Art. 6(1)(b) and, for follow-up messages, our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who processes it for us
Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database and notification emails are sent to Vibros staff. We use the following processors under written data-processing terms: Vercel (website hosting and serverless functions), Neon (database hosting) and Resend (transactional email). Where a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and interest submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and beta-programme data for the duration of the programme plus 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires a longer period.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to our processing, or receive your data in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
